GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article 1 - GENERAL
1.1.
Houtenkralen.eu is an activity of De Zilveren Engel, Glanerbrugstraat 35, 7585 PK Glane/Netherlands.
1.2.
These general conditions apply to all orders, made through the website houtenkralen.eu or by telephone. By placing the order the customer agrees to these general conditions.
1.3.
By customer is meant every visitor, being a natural person as well as a corporation, that places an order with us through the website or by telephone.
1.4.
To these general conditions Dutch law does apply.
Article 2 - ORDERING AND DELIVERY
2.1.
All prices on the website houtenkralen.eu are in euros; delivery costs are not included.
2.2.
The amount of the delivery costs is stated on the website and will be communicated to the customer beforehand.
2.3.
After placing your order you will receive an order acknowledgement by email within 2 working days, stating the amount due including delivery costs. Should you not receive this email within this time, than your order might not have come in. We ask you to contact us then.
2.4.
Should one or more of the ordered items not be in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case you can choose either to cancel these items or place them in backorder. Backorders will be delivered without extra delivery costs.
2.5.
All payments are to be made in advance on our bank account with the SNS-bank. Bank details will be provided in the payment notice.
2.6.
Having received your payment, the ordered goods will be sent to the address you have given us within 3 working days. Delivery will generally take place by postal mail. For larger parcels we will make use of a forwarding agent.
2.7.
If your payment should not be in our account within 10 working days after you placed your order, your order will be cancelled by us.
2.8.
You will receive a specified invoice with your order.
2.9.
Should the ordered articles not meet your expectations, you have to let us know this by telephone or email within 7 working days after receiving the goods. After receiving and examining your return delivery, we will remit the amount paid for these articles, including the delivery costs, on your bank account within 5 working days. The costs for returning the goods to us are to be paid by the customer.
